After 10 years of operating tours in Vava'u Tonga, we are the most professional and experienced inbound tour operator and offer the very best tours available in Vava'u.

Our very personal service and our attention to detail is far beyond what our guests have experienced before.
To achieve this  – all our guests need to talk with someone who has experienced our amazing and very personal encounters with humpback whales and know Tonga, their culture and its challenges intimately, so that all questions can be answered fully, this way we build a relationship with our clients prior to their arrival in Tonga.

We did work with travel agents with a 10% commission rate BUT found that communication via the travel agent to the guest was not only too time consuming for both parties have to answer questions via a 3rd person, but inadequate for such personal tours.

We are happy to pay a 5% referral fee to all travel agents on full price and 3% on discounted price..

If your client wants to book thrrough you and pay you directly, you can book them via our online booking system with their contact details and YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS and you can deduct the 5% commission from the amount owing.
However there are legal documents that need to be printed off, completed and posted to our office in NZ. Our booking system has a Login and Password - therefore you or your client can access it at any time to update information required such as new p0assport numbers, flight details etc.

To book a tour go to http://www.whaleswim.com/booking.html read the info as it helps make your booking process easier – then click the blue Book your Tour icon at the top of the left column. . . . enter details and set up a log in and password. This allows you to go into your booking at any time and add information.
Make sure you tick all the boxes on the Aqua Abilities page – especially the last line in the Liability Waiver section
X PRINT, SIGN THE FORM AND TICK HERE: I have printed and signed the liability waiver, it is being posted and will arrive within 14 days.
(if you miss it – your booking won’t confirm at the end)
Then type ACCEPT at the bottom and continue.
Once you have clicked the last page Confirm the tour at the end - you will receive an email/invoice from us with all details of your booking and the payment options.
