How to book your tour . . .

This will take you to the booking page - click the
arrow to select your tour.
Complete one form for all guests living at one address
please type all names in 'Name' spaces, Dates of Birth
and passport expiry date for all guests.
Before booking
you will need to have the following information for
each guest available:

your holiday with with the whales easy and fun!
PAYMENTS
You will receive an auto-invoice within 1 minute of
confirming your booking, stating the dates for deposit
and final payment for your tour. Payment must be made
within 14 days.
Australian residents can pay directly to our WhaleSwim™ Adventures bank account in Australia - details below.
All residents of countries other than Australia -
You can either arrange a telegraph transfer via your bank to our trust
account in Tonga.

Credit Card
Payments: For Guests choosing to pay by credit
card, you can pay online via PAYPAL which has an additional transaction fee.
PayPal
- Click the 'Credit
Card Payments' icon on the left.
You have to add the 3.6% transaction fee charged to
us by PayPal.
The calculation for this is on the lower
half of your invoice. We accept Visa and MasterCard
only.
LIability
Waiver: It is compulsory for each
guest to complete, sign and return a Liability Waiver
(original copy) to us by post to PO Box 551, Oneroa,
Waiheke Island 1840 New Zealand.
YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED
UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR CORRECTLY COMPLETED LIABILITY
WAIVERS.

Extra Accommodation:
We are happy to book any extra accommodation you may
require (7 - 9 day tours only). You
can book it with your tour or at a latter date. Click

Flight Details:
We require all your flight details for us to arrange
your airport transfers.

to send your flight details to us as soon as possible.
Neoprene
Snorkeling Vests: We have had these great vests
designed especially for snorkeling with the whales!
They are 3mm neoprene, lightweight (but warm!) and
easy to get on and off. Excellent if you go on lots
of snorkeling holidays. They are available to rent
or to buy. See image in right column below Terms &
Conditions
HIRE ONLY: Sizes are as follows: XS (6-8), S (8-10), M (10-12),
L (12-14), XL (14-16) XXL (16-18), XXL (28-20).
PURCHASE: Sizes available are XS, S & L ONLYT
These
are UK/Australia/NZ sizing. For USA - go down a size.
i.e. XS (4-8).
